B-S Company was founded in 1990 in Magna, Utah and has since grown into the leading purchaser and seller of surplus inventories of pipe, valve, fitting, and flange material west of the Mississippi. Our operations are divided between three main locations: “The Office” has 8,000 sq. ft. of storage and is center of operations; “The Yard” with over 70,000 sq. ft. of space acts as our main shipping warehouse; and “The Pipe-Yard” that boasts 30 acres of carbon steel, stainless steel, HDPE pipe,large O.D. & high yield fittings and flanges, a new 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse and a pipe coating removal setup.

We have been buying surplus pipe, valve, fitting, and flange invenotries across the region for decades and can help you turn your surplus assets into cash. Selling us your surplus is done in four stages:
- Offer – let us know what you are selling by providing us with an inventory of your items – pictures of your surplus are recommended to help us understand what you have.
- Evaluation – We will review your list and photos to evaluate what you are offering.
- Site Visit – For large orders, we may travel to your site to make a more detailed evaluation
- Close the deal – We are not the middleman and will always pay top dollar for your material. We take care of all equipment removal for all the sold inventory from your site.

B-S Company opened its doors in 1990 at a small 8,000 sq/ft location, “The Office” in Magna, UT. We’re grateful for the growth we’ve seen over the years and now operate three branches and one manufacturing facility. Our inventory consists of:

Our pipe and fitting inventory is held at our “Pipe Yard” in Toole, Utah. The “Pipe Yard” boasts much more than its name. There are 30 acres of carbon steel pipe, HDPE pipe, and large OD carbon steel fittings and flanges on the ground at this location. A new 10,000 sq.ft. warehouse stocked with large OD valves was added in 2014. We have pipe sizes up to 108”, fittings & flanges up to 48”, valves up to 36”, and stainless steel fittings & flanges, studs & nuts, and more on this site.
